Shipping in Romania

At ASHA, we ensure that every order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Products are shipped exclusively via express courier, offering you convenience and the reliability you deserve:

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Free shipping for orders exceeding 250 RON.

    • A fixed cost of 20 RON for orders under 250 RON.

  • Processing and Dispatch:

    • Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is confirmed.

    • For orders placed between Friday at 4:00 PM and Sunday at 4:00 PM, shipping will occur on Monday.

  • Busy Periods: During promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

  • Premium Packaging: Your products are carefully protected using packaging specially designed for fragile items. If products are damaged due to improper handling during transport, we will replace them free of charge.

  • Detailed Delivery Times:

    • Express Courier in Bucharest:

      • 20 RON, delivery within a maximum of 48 hours for orders placed by 12:00 PM.

      • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will arrive within a maximum of 60 hours.

    • Express Courier in other cities:

      • Same rate and delivery times as in Bucharest.

The shipping cost is clearly displayed in your shopping cart before completing your order, ensuring maximum transparency.
