RETURN POLICY

The buyer may refuse the products ordered and delivered if they do not match the description displayed on the website.
The buyer has the right to notify the company in writing that they wish to cancel the purchase, without penalties and without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
The date of receipt of the products is the date they are collected from the courier/transport representative. This date can be verified and demonstrated through the delivery documents provided by the courier/transport company.
Skin care products, hair care products, and cosmetics that have been opened and/or unsealed, or do not have their original packaging, cannot be returned.
Products purchased as sets from the "sets" section of the website can only be returned as a complete set (the entire set), with the packaging in which the set was sent.
The return of the set is not accepted if any of the products from the set has been opened or, as applicable, unsealed, does not have its original packaging, or the packaging has been damaged.
The buyer will bear the additional costs associated with returning the products if they cancel the purchase after receiving the product.
Additional costs include any transportation, delivery, costs resulting from the reduced value of the products due to repeated handling, postal fees, or any other fees.
The products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, based on the return form, which can be accessed here. To be considered, the return form must be sent no later than the 14th calendar day from the receipt of the product.
According to the law, the period for returning a product or canceling a service expires 14 days after:

• the day the buyer takes physical possession of the last item;
• if the buyer orders multiple products in one order that will be delivered separately;
• the day the buyer takes physical possession of the last item or part—when delivering a product consisting of multiple lots or items.
  If the buyer decides to withdraw from the contract, they can complete the return form online at www.ashastore.eu.
  If the customer/buyer requests withdrawal from the contract within the legal withdrawal period, they must also return any gifts that accompanied the product, provided they have not been used, opened, or unsealed.
  If the order has been paid for, the company will refund the amount paid within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the company is informed by the buyer of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
  Depending on the delivery method selected by the buyer on the website, the refunded amount will be equal to the value paid by the buyer, minus the shipping and delivery costs retained by the company.
  Products cannot be returned if:
• they exceed the 14 calendar days from receipt;
• they were part of a final stock liquidation, which involved a price reduction for the buyer;
• they show signs of impact or damage;
• they show visible signs of wear.
  Additionally, the following cannot be returned:
• sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the buyer;
• products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other elements according to their nature.
  Products must be returned in their original packaging (the packaging in which they were purchased), with all accessories and the original label intact, without signs of use, damage, impact, or adhesive marks or other similar substances.
  If a buyer repeatedly returns products, the company may refuse further returns, cancel new orders, or deactivate the buyer's account.
